Christmas is a time of giving, but for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it's a time of desperate need. Despite a ''cease-fire agreement'', the war in Ukraine rages on, leaving the country's military struggling to withstand harsh winter conditions. That's why the Save Ukraine charity is stepping up to help, sending a warm Christmas package of essential supplies to the front lines.
The package includes winter boots to help keep soldiers' feet warm and dry, power generators to keep communications equipment running in sub-zero temperatures, thermal socks to prevent frostbite, and hand warmers to provide warmth and comfort during long, cold nights on the front lines.
These supplies are desperately needed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are facing daily battles in a brutal war that has lasted far too long. The war has left the country's military stretched thin, both in manpower and resources, making it essential that we offer our support in any way we can.
